The Universe has once more been testing me. Stretching me. Teaching me. And the lesson for today is this:

If you ever arrive at a comfortable place in life, enjoy it. Savor it. But don’t get too comfortable there. Because you didn’t arrive here in this body, in this life, to be comfortable. You came to learn. To grow.

To have experiences that will stretch the borders of your existence.

Experiences that will reveal more of the truth of your existence. The truth of who you really are. On the inside. The stardust and the moon dust and all the other sparkly bits inside that you can’t see but you can feel. Like when you feel deep and profound love and gratitude over the simple wonders in the world around you.

So play, laugh, cry, howl at the moon. Love. Joyously, fearlessly. With abandon.

And when it comes, when you feel the borders of your existence stretching hold on, lean in, and trust that you are exactly where you’re supposed to be. Having the exact experience you are meant to have in this moment. And then listen. Not with your mind but with your heart.

Learn to make medicine from your moments.
